We want to build a first class Service organization in which Customer Support will have a central role. The Customer Support Specialist will provide consultation and phone support regarding all aspects of the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) System to a very diverse public (physicians, nurses, technicians, patients, CRM sales reps).The job is located in our centralized office in Brussels.Essential duties and responsibilities• First line support for all clinicians, patients and sales reps inquiries regarding the system. Whenever needed, provide education and training through phone consultation.• Document clearly all calls in a call tracking application in English.• Escalate complex issues to appropriate department and follow-up until complete resolution.• Execute process change to address customer satisfaction.• Help Clinics to troubleshoot patient issues (phone lines...)• Identify deficiencies, propose corrective actions, and report to senior management.• Develop solid relationship with physicians, nurses, technicians, patients, CRM sales representatives.
Vereiste kwalificaties:
Profile
• Bachelor's degree with preferably prior Help Desk / Customer Service / Technical Service experience and ideally an understanding of clinical environment. • Experience with a customer support application is an asset.• Knowledge (ability and willingness to learn): Windows operating system, Internet navigation and general hardware troubleshooting. • Ability to work with customers to address common inquiries and assist with navigation. • Ability to implement process and procedures and to articulate best practices. • Excellent communication skills: effective interaction and communication across multiple types of users (clinicians, patients, sales reps), follow-up, problem solving.• Positively and successfully address top customer satisfaction issues.• Languages: excellent German, very good Spanish, Italian & English• Demonstrated experience in a multi-cultural and changing environment.Offer
